Job Summary
- The Program Manager's primary role is to develop new deposit products, enhance features of existing deposit products, and/ or implement seasonal/ tactical campaigns for such products. The main objective is to sustain the growth of the Bank's deposit portfolio.
How will you contribute
- Conducts a competitive scan of the various financial services offered in the industry and conceptualizes strategies on how the Bank can best address market needs;
- Under the Department Head's direction, formulates new products, enhances features of existing products, and/ or executes seasonal/ tactical campaigns;
- Engages with the different business and/ or support units of the Bank to ensure timely and seamless execution of the products and/ or campaigns;
- Secures approvals prior to the launch of any new products, enhancements, or campaigns as needed
- Conducts various training sessions with relevant sales and service personnel to ensure that the products and/ or campaigns are properly implemented;
- Ensures that the products and/ or campaigns are properly implemented in all of the Bank's Branches and online/ digital channels;
- Provides post-implementation support upon launch of new products, enhancements, or campaigns;
- Monitors the performance of the Bank's products and/ or campaigns through product reviews to be submitted on a prescribed basis (i.e., daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly);
- Keeps abreast of updates from the BSP, PDIC, and other governing bodies through circulars, required seminars/ training programs; and ensures adherence to the policies issued by such entities;
- Conducts training programs for Bank employees to keep them informed of the deposit product features
What will make you successful
- College graduate preferably from a Business, Marketing, Social Science, or IT-related course
- At least three (3) years in product development and/ or campaigns management preferably from a financial institution
