The Program Manager will provide day-to-day program leadership for the Member Orchestration Initiative while owning business case updates and value realization processes tied to Transformation Office initiative work. This role will help ensure the initiative is managed with clear governance, disciplined execution, accurate financial tracking, and transparent reporting of realized value against committed outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
1. BAU Program Management for the Member Orchestration Initiative
· Manage day-to-day program execution, operating rhythm, governance, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
· Coordinate across workstreams to ensure milestones, deliverables, and leadership expectations remain aligned.
· Maintain integrated program plans, status reporting, RAID logs, action trackers, and executive-ready updates.
· Drive meeting cadence, agenda management, follow-ups, and escalation paths for cross-functional stakeholders.
2. Business Case Ownership for Transformation Office Initiative Updates
· Own ongoing business case refreshes as assumptions, costs, benefits, timing, scope, and delivery plans evolve.
· Partner with Finance, business owners, and Transformation Office stakeholders to validate inputs and ensure updates are accurate, complete, and well documented.
· Translate financial and operational information into clear leadership-ready materials, including risks, tradeoffs, and decision points.
· Maintain version control, assumptions documentation, and an auditable record of changes to the business case.
3. Value Realization Process and Reporting Ownership
· Define and manage the process for tracking value realization against committed benefits and target outcomes.
· Partner with initiative owners to validate realized value, identify gaps, and document supporting evidence.
· Maintain value realization trackers, dashboards, benefit definitions, and reporting cadence for leadership review.
· Surface risks to value capture early and help coordinate mitigation actions with accountable owners.
4. Stakeholder Management, Governance, and Leadership Communications
· Serve as a central coordination point across Transformation Office, Finance, business, operations, product, and technology partners.
· Prepare concise and accurate materials for leadership updates, steering discussions, and decision forums.
· Ensure open items, risks, decisions, and dependencies are visible, owned, and actively managed.
· Promote consistency, transparency, and accountability across program management, business case, and value realization activities.
Key Deliverables
· Integrated program plan, milestone tracker, and governance cadence for the Member Orchestration Initiative.
· Recurring status reports, executive updates, meeting materials, and decision logs.
· Risk, issue, dependency, and action trackers with clear ownership and follow-through.
· Updated business case materials, including assumptions, financial inputs, benefits, risks, and change documentation.
· Value realization framework, benefit tracker, reporting cadence, and leadership-ready progress updates.
