The position is primarily responsible for the assigned Credit products features, performance and profitability to significantly contribute to the growth of the business. Manage the product throughout its lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing programs and defining the product vision. Work closely with technology development support, sales, marketing services and business and customer analytics support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met, and support the business overall strategy and objectives.
Responsibilties
- Ensure delivery of the customer value proposition of the assigned product.
- Demonstrates deep understanding of the needs and wants of the customers of the assigned product, monitors competitive activity, identifies new trends and opportunities to be able to develop new products, process or enhance existing card portfolio.
- Grow and nurtures the product's brand health to increase awareness, trial, and usage.
- Conceptualizes and implements communication materials such as proposals, sales presentations, sales kits and other internal/external communication materials needed to acquire new customers or boost usage.
- Responsible for delivering the profitability of the assigned product.
- Presents and obtains approval for annual plans, targets and new product programs with the Product Manager and Dept. Head Product Dev't and Mgt
- Utilizes Business Analytics and Business Intelligence to develop deeper understanding of the business levers.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for product improvements and participates in the development of new product features and ensures its successful launch.
- Collaborates closely with other departments/units within the Unsecured Leading and Cards Group to drive business volumes and receivables.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years experience in Marketing Management and Product Management
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)
- Must be excellent in decision making, analysis, negotiation, creatives and media proficiency
