The Role

As a Program Director at NCS Philippines, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex, high-profile technology programs that deliver significant business impact. This is a strategic role that requires you to align programs with the overall organisational objectives, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions. Working in our dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will play a pivotal part in driving the company's technology transformation agenda.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight for the full program lifecycle, from initiation to closure
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements
  • Establish and maintain effective governance structures to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards
  • Manage program risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Communicate program status and performance to key stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program delivery capabilities
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to more junior program management professionals

Minimum Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in leading large-scale, complex technology programs in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Proven track record of delivering mission-critical programs that drive business value
  • Strong program management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management methodologies
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are highly desirable
