The Role
As a Program Director at NCS Philippines, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex, high-profile technology programs that deliver significant business impact. This is a strategic role that requires you to align programs with the overall organisational objectives, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions. - Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for the full program lifecycle, from initiation to closure
- Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements
- Establish and maintain effective governance structures to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards
- Manage program risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Communicate program status and performance to key stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program delivery capabilities
- Provide mentorship and guidance to more junior program management professionals
Minimum Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in leading large-scale, complex technology programs in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Proven track record of delivering mission-critical programs that drive business value
- Strong program management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management methodologies
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are highly desirable
