Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The Program Design Specialist is responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution, tracking,

and monitoring of offline marketing activities, on-ground initiatives, and channel-driven

programs. The role ensures accurate documentation, budget alignment, program coordination,

and compliance with brand and channel strategies. This position requires strong analytical

capability, creativity in designing program mechanics, and high attention to detail to support

efficient and compliant execution.

1. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of all channel and brand programs, including documentation,

work plan recommendations, approvals, stock allocation, and cascading guidelines.

  • Coordinate with internal support teams (brand, channel, merchandising, operations) to

ensure full alignment with brand strategies and program timelines.

  • Monitor budgets for channel-initiated programs, ensuring accuracy between approved

budgets, actual expenses, and savings.

  • Manage program trafficking to avoid duplication, unaligned initiatives, and resource

inefficiencies across all executions.

  • Support the monitoring, liquidation, and auditing of channel and event-related funds.
  • Liaise with merchandising for ground deployment of materials, booth setups, event

materials, and asset inventory.

  • Assist in field coordination, including vendor alignment, site validations, and ground

readiness checks.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Partnership team to align partner-driven program plans and

ensure seamless execution.

2. Skills and Competencies

  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Creativity in developing channel programs and designing effective on-ground activation

mechanics

  • Analytical and budget monitoring capability
  • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PPT and data management tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

3. Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Economics, or related field
  • At least 13 years of experience in program execution, activations, events, promotions, or

campaign operations

  • Experience in the online gaming industry, fintech, telecommunications, e-commerce, top-tier

FMCG or tech companies, as well as highly regulated sectors such as liquor and tobacco, is a

plus

  • Knowledge of budget monitoring and program tracking tools preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in online gaming operations, player lifecycle campaigns, or promotional

mechanics

  • Experience in on-ground activations or field marketing
  • Background in data analysis or campaign reporting
  • Experience handling agencies or support teams

4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • 100% on-time program implementation
  • Accuracy of program documentation and approvals
  • Budget variance within approved thresholds
  • On time submission of fund and payment requests
  • Zero compliance issues or audit findings
  • Program execution efficiency and cost savings generated
