Program Coordinator (MSP/VMS)
Join a high performing and best in class Talent Acquisition team as a
Program Coordinator (MSP/VMS) and help us drive MSP Operations for our various clients. You will perform MSP/VMS operations by posting job requisitions, managing program data, and maintaining worker records, enabling smooth workforce management.
What is expected of you
- Acts as liaison between suppliers, managers, and workers, overseeing time/expense sheet submissions, invoices, and worker profile creation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provided operational support to ensure smooth communication between vendors, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinated with internal teams, faculty, and external partners to support smooth program operations
- Adept at MSP platforms or similar systems and databases
- Ability to manage multiple accounts
You'll be someone who can bring:
- Experienced working as a Program Coordinator or MSP/VMS Coordinator
- Manage multiple accounts
- Time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Can work independently
- Able to work 9 am - 6 pm EST (10pm - 7 am PH time)
