We're looking for a Program Consultant (Contract) to help design and deliver learning programs in digital marketing, AI, and technology.

Job Summary
The Program Consultant is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of digital learning programs in digital marketing, AI, and technology. This role works closely with internal teams and industry experts to create engaging, high-quality learning experiences.
You will lead program planning, instructional design, content development, and project coordination—ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement of training initiatives.
This is an independent contractor role with up to 80 hours per month based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Delivery
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of learning and training programs
- Conduct research and training needs analysis
- Design program structures, learning journeys, and course outlines
Learning & Content Development
- Collaborate with industry experts to develop training content
- Design and develop learning materials related to digital marketing, AI, and technology
- Ensure content aligns with learning objectives, engagement standards, and desired outcomes
Project Coordination
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and program milestones
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CX, Partnerships, Marketing, Sales)
- Proactively identify and address risks, gaps, or delays
Program Improvement
- Analyze learner feedback and program evaluation data
- Recommend and implement improvements to existing programs

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 3–6+ years of relevant experience in:
- Program or project management (planning, execution, and delivery)
- Instructional design or learning experience design (e.g., course outlines, learning journeys, curriculum development)
- Training or L&D roles (corporate training, education, or capability-building programs)
- Experience in training needs analysis, research, and program design
- Experience developing or managing learning content in collaboration with industry experts
- Experience leading or independently managing learning or training projects end-to-end
Preferred
- Background in marketing, digital marketing, or related fields
- Familiarity with digital marketing, AI, and technology concepts, including exposure to relevant tools and platforms (e.g., content generation, analytics, automation)
- Experience managing projects and working with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Understanding by Design (UbD) and LMS platforms
- Experience designing programs from scratch or improving existing learning materials
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid setup (remote with occasional onsite work as needed)
Engagement Details
- Independent contractor role (not a full-time employment position)
- Initial contract: 3 months (with possible extension)
- Compensation: ₱300/hour (gross)
- Up to 80 hours per month (final hours determined monthly based on project needs)
- Payment released monthly
