A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or other related courses.
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in implementing environmental and climate change projects, including urban gardening, tree planting, coastal cleanups, and conducting learning sessions in key areas as a Program Coordinator or in a similar role in any industry.
Project management experience in crop production and organic farming methods is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
