- Product Promotion & Communication
- Present and detail assigned pharmaceutical and dermatology products to healthcare professionals.
- Provide accurate, updated medical and scientific information about products.
- Organize product presentations, round table discussions, and continuing medical education (CME) events.
- Sales & Business Development
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Execute marketing and sales strategies to increase product prescription and market share.
- Identify and classify key doctors and accounts to maximize coverage and productivity.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or any health/medical-related field (preferred).
- At least 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or preferably with exposure to dermatology products or derma network (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and the healthcare system is an advantage.
