- Build meaningful relationships with doctors, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and Key Decision Makers (KDMs).
- Promote the company's portfolio through effective, compliant, and evidence-based product presentations.
- Uncover prescribing behaviors and tailor strategies to influence prescription growth.
- Ensure efficient and high-quality customer support through prompt resolution of inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Organize and lead relevant activities that foster engagement and brand visibility.
Execute Operational Excellence and Strategic Collaboration
- Optimize daily routing and travel plans to ensure maximum coverage and productivity.
- Monitor stock levels at pharmacies, distributors, and hospitals to ensure product availability.
- Partner with sales counterparts to address issues on inventory, delivery, and territory activities.
- Coordinate programs and events targeted at key doctors, ensuring logistics are seamless and professionally executed.
- Submit timely reports on activities, sales performance, and adverse events as per company policy.
Ensure Fiscal Responsibility and Resource Stewardship
- Manage territory expenses within approved budgets, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and strategic.
- Submit accurate and timely expense reports in line with company guidelines.
- Take responsibility for safeguarding all company assets and resources entrusted to you.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with strong academic background and extra-curricular involvement/leadership.
- 5-7 years of total experience in a sales role, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in multinational companies or well-established organizations, particularly in FMCG or pharmaceutical industries, is a plus.
