PRODUCTS TEAM LEAD

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Manila, Philippines

Reporting to: Manila Operations Manager

Role Type: Replacement

Job Purpose

As a Product Team Lead, you will take a strategic role in managing and optimizing our product offerings, ensuring seamless execution of processes while leading a team of Product Support Coordinators. You will oversee the accuracy and efficiency of product-related tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive improvements in system management, data integrity, and competitive positioning. This role requires a proactive leader who can balance operational excellence with strategic thinking to enhance product performance and the overall client experience.

What will be your key responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Oversee and ensure accuracy in rate, allocation, and itinerary management within internal systems.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure product information remains current across platforms.
  • Establish and refine best practices and SOPs for seamless product operations.
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to drive pricing strategies and product positioning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance efficiency and operational alignment.
  • Resolve system and product issues swiftly, driving continuous improvements.
  • Provide coaching and feedback, empowering team members to excel.
  • Manage contract interpretation and database accuracy for precise product offerings.
  • Lead process optimization and oversee strategic ad hoc initiatives.

What are we looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in the Travel Industry, with prior exposure to Reservations, Products, or Operations preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with market research and competitive analysis
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
  • Experience with data analysis and performance metrics tracking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel or Gsheet.
  • Experience with ClickUp, Perseus, or other travel industry platforms is a plus.
  • Positive and proactive attitude with a process improvement mindset.
