Job Description

Help shape how a global leader in spectacular public aquarium development positions and promotes its products, services, and brand to markets around the world.

About the Role

We're looking for a Products & Services Marketing Lead to join our Manila team in Alabang, Muntinlupa, working closely with colleagues across countries and time zones.

This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, brand positioning, and commercial impact. You will translate AAT's capabilities — from iconic aquarium environments to specialised life support systems, acrylic viewing windows, and operational services — into clear market narratives, branding programmes and sales tools that help our global teams win work.

AAT operates in a highly specialised global industry — the design, construction, and operation of spectacular public aquariums and aquatic attractions. These facilities combine architecture, storytelling, specialised technology, animal care, and visitor experience to create some of the most memorable environments in the attractions industry.

Public aquariums are far more than visitor destinations. They play an important role in marine conservation education, scientific research, endangered species breeding programmes, and wild animal rescue and rehabilitation. AAT helps bring many of these remarkable facilities to life.

Working with technical specialists, operations teams, and sales, you will shape how AAT's products, services, and integrated capabilities are positioned in the market. Your work will help strengthen AAT's global brand positioning and clearly communicate what makes our capabilities distinctive.

You will develop narratives, case studies, presentations, and sales enablement tools that help customers quickly understand the value of what we do — from early inspiration through to project delivery and long-term operational support.

Your work will also help enable and support international outbound marketing campaigns, ensuring AAT's capabilities and brand are presented consistently across markets and customer touchpoints.

At its heart, this role is about turning complex capability into compelling market stories. If you enjoy combining big-picture storytelling with disciplined product positioning, this is a rare opportunity to help shape how a specialised global company presents its capabilities to the world.
