Products Acquisition Specialist

About The Job

The position belongs to the Business Strategy Team. The position is primarily responsible for assisting the Acquisition Manager in executing key tasks related to product acquisition, specifically communication preparation and sales incentive campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with Marketing, Customer Experience team, and other stakeholders to develop effective acquisition communications strategies.
• Assist in planning and execution of sales incentive campaigns aimed at boosting sales morale, driving product sales, and encouraging early usage.
• Analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of incentive campaigns and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
• Foster collaboration between various teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product acquisition and sales initiatives

What You Need To Have

• At least 2 years of Sales experience or similar relevant experience
• Experience with credit products at an institution with advanced focus on credit cards or loan business
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing or product management
• Proficiency in English oral and written communication (our company language)
• Able to adapt to a multicultural environment of a quickly developing international company
• With good Analytical and numerical skills
• With good Negotiation skills and has Proficiency in MS Office
