We are seeking an experienced and motivated Line Leader to join our dynamic food production team at Regent Foods Corporation.
As a Team Leader, you will oversee the assembly and processing of our high-quality food products at our state-of-the-art facility in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What We're Looking For
With or Without experience are welcome to apply, with exposure as a team leader or supervisory role within a food production or manufacturing environment being a plus.
Strong technical knowledge of food production processes, equipment, and quality control procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
Proficient in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution
Familiar with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the food production industry
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
