About The Role
- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Line Leader to join our dynamic food production team at Regent Foods Corporation.
- As a Team Leader, you will oversee the assembly and processing of our high-quality food products at our state-of-the-art facility in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
- This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development within our thriving organization.
- With or Without experience are welcome to apply, with exposure as a team leader or supervisory role within a food production or manufacturing environment being a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge of food production processes, equipment, and quality control procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Familiar with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the food production industry
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Passionate about delivering high-quality products and contributing to the success of the organization
- Bachelor's Degree or any related course.
