The Production Supervisor oversees daily production operations to achieve production targets, maintain quality standards, and ensure operational efficiency. The role supervises production personnel, coordinates manpower and schedules, monitors KPIs, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing
