Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory or team lead experience
Strong knowledge of production processes, workflow optimization, and manufacturing operations
Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate production staff to achieve targets
Experience in implementing safety, quality, and efficiency standards on the production floor
Ability to analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
Familiarity with Kaizen, 5S, or other continuous improvement practices
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
