Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

Supervise daily factory production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Coordinate production schedules based on project requirements and delivery timelines.

Monitor production progress and ensure completion of works according to planned targets.

Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet production demands.

Ensure all production works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.

Monitor the condition and utilization of production equipment and machinery.

Coordinate equipment maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions.

Education & Experience

• Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in steel fabrication or related industries.
