Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality targets
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve optimal performance
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a production or manufacturing compay
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate production teams
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willing to work in General Trias, Cavite
