Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality targets
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve optimal performance
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4 year course
• Experience in a supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willing to work in General Trias, Cavite
