Role Overview

Primary Function: We're looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team and ably supervise production personnel, meet output targets, and drive continuous improvement on the production floor.

As a Production Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to make an impact by supervising daily production to meet targets, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards, monitoring performance and implementing process improvements.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Industrial or a related field
• With proven experience in a supervisory role in the Manufacturing or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement practices
• With knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
• With strong analytical and decision-making skills
• With strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
• Willing to be based in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon
