Job Description

  • Prior supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferred
  • Good understanding of food safety practices (HACCP, GMP, ISO preferred)
  • Able to read and write simple English for documentation
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in cold room environments
  • Hands-on and proactive with a problem-solving mindset
  • Able to manage a team and work independently under pressure
  • Willing to work overtime or flexible shifts when required
