Graduate of a relevant technical-vocational diploma (2-year) course or with undergraduate units in a college degree program, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering; full college graduates are preferred.
Has a solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) applicable to production.
Proficient in the use of office productivity tools, including email, internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and business presentation software.
Knowledgeable in relevant product and production requirements, standards, and technologies.
Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis, risk analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and potential problem analysis.
