JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of any Bachelor of Science in Engineering course.
Preferably at least 2 years of experience in manpower supervision and team handling.
Hands-on experience in molding processes and technical problem-solving.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
Willing to work on-site in General Trias City, Cavite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily molding production to meet output targets and quality standards.
Evaluate line performance and execute process improvements for higher efficiency.
Schedule shifts and allocate operators based on production demand.
Troubleshoot machine/process issues and coordinate maintenance to reduce downtime.
Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
