Principal Responsibilities
- Ensures conformity of operations with established Work Instructions (WI), Guidelines (GL), and HACCP plans.
- Oversees daily production activities and manpower supervision.
- Ensures product quality, food safety, and compliance with GMP standards.
- Prepares for and participates in internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Engineering course or Food Technology.
- At least two (2) years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment
- With background in GMP, Food Safety, Quality Management, and leadership trainings.
