Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and productivity.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring that production goals and quality standards are met consistently.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management, analyzing operational efficiency and making data-driven decisions.
- Facilitate training programs for staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Drive cost containment measures by eliminating inefficiencies in the operation, initiating programs for energy conservation and optimization of resources.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
- Promote a transformational culture as premised on people empowerment, integrity, and synergy through championing transformational programs and initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
- With a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related filed
- Proven experience in an operations or supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Working knowledge on lean manufacturing processes from warehousing to production line operations
- Exhibits proficiency in capacity planning for manpower and production resources
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
- Shows a sense of urgency and keenness to details in business-related situations
