Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations planning, monitoring, and appraising job resultscoaching, counseling, and disciplining employees initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

About the job:

• Maintains staff by orienting and training employeesas well asdeveloping personal growth opportunities
• Maintains and monitors work flows and instructionss
• Responsible in the production plan by scheduling and assigning personnelprocess flow on shift production summaries
• ImplementsOperations standards
• Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data investigating issues identifying solutions recommending action
• Lead Kaizen and LSGA Activities in the department
• Escalates issues as necessary to ensure that manufacturing plans are properly executed

About you:

• Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
