Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Supervisor role based in Davao del Sur. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising team performance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and troubleshooting any production-related issues. The role requires effective coordination across teams to meet production goals and maintain an organized workflow.

• Knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and safety standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating across teams and resolving issues.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to identify areas of improvement and address production challenges.
• Experience in manufacturing, production supervision, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools is a plus.
