PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Designation will be assigned in our manufacturing plant in Pulilan, Bulacan.
Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily production activities to ensure schedules, quality, and safety standards are met
Assign workloads, prepare daily schedules, and coach/train employees on production processes, and machine operations
Monitor production progress and prepare reports including Daily Accomplishment Reports, Planned vs. Actual Manhours, Production Planning Reports, and Incident and Non-Conformance Reports
Drive improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
Identify and address potential issues related to warehouse delays, safety, or GMP compliance
Review, recommend, and implement revisions on production processes and work instructions
Attend company-mandated trainings and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Computer literate (MS Office)
Good communication skills, can communicate to all levels of the organization.
Analytical, process and results-oriented.
With ISO background (QMS, EMS, FSMS, etc.)
GMP and HACCP Training
