Production Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervision daily production operations to ensure achievement of production targets
• Monitor manpower allocation, attendance,productivity, and personnel performance
• Ensure compliance with GMP,HACCP,food safety, quality,and workplace safety standards
• Monitor production output,rejects,downtime,and material consumption.
• Coordinate with warehouse, Quality Control/Assurance, Maintenance, and other departments to prevent production delays
• Ensure proper implementation of production plans, standard operating procedures, and housekeeping requirements Prepare daily production reports and recommend corrective actions for operational issues
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, or any related course. Candidates with relevant Food Manufacturing Experience may also be considered
• At least 2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing in supervisory or leadership position
• Strong leadership communication and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, manpower allocation, and output monitoring
