Production Supervisor

Job description:

To ensure the manufacturing process remains smooth and efficient by organizing workflows and monitoring production personnel.

• Supervision of production workers and production process
• Monitors the performance of the production and production workers
• Maintains the cleanliness and order on the production floor
• Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training and development, and healthy, safety and welfare of your team
• Responsible for ensuring that the quality of product and service within the warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customers

Working Schedule: Rotational Shifting Schedule (6 days per week)

Working Setup: Work Onsite

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or any related courses
• With at least 2 years of experience in similar role; experience in food manufacturing is an advantage
• With training in ISO 9001, GMP, 5S, and HACCP System; with formal training in baking and technology is an advantage
• With the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high pressure work environment
• With excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Amenable to work onsite in Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna
