Job Qualifications / Description
Oversees shift-level operations of the food and bakery production lines. Focuses on operational execution, shift output targets, GMP compliance, real-time quality control, and managing personnel shift logs and attendance
Education
Bachelor's degree in food technology, Industrial Technology, Sciences or ant related engineering field.
Experience
3-5 years of supervisory experience in shift operations within a food manufacturing environment, preferably bakery or commercial food processing.
Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, food hygiene, basic lean tools (5S, waste reduction), and labor laws related to shift management.
Salary Range 25K-30K
Work Location Pasig, 1800 Metro Manila
Work Schedule 6 days/ shifting / holiday schedules
