Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing daily production activities while ensuring product quality, on-time delivery, cost efficiency, workplace safety, and team performance. This role leads and coordinates the production team to achieve operational goals and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and manage daily manufacturing operations
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor production schedules to meet delivery timelines
- Control production costs and improve operational efficiency
- Lead, coach, and motivate the production team
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Coordinate with other departments to support production requirements
- Implement continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices
- Prepare production reports and recommend process improvements
What We're Looking For
- College graduate or higher
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing production management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and planning abilities
- Ability to perform production cost analysis
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Responsible, proactive, and capable of leading a production team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
