Job Description
Responsibilities
Performs hands-on work in the extrusion of welding electrodes
Supervise and lead the team in the machine line
Conduct regular maintenance (e.g. greasing) of machines and equipment
Ensure all subordinates adhere to safety policies
Should be willing to work overtime and on Sunday/s as necessary
Produce production reports for outputs of wire drawing and cutting machines
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electro-Mechanical
Engineering is required
Work experience of 3 years in any manufacturing industry is desired
Experience in manufacturing of nails (paco), screws, or industries that operate wire drawing
machines is highly preferred
Proven experience as hands-on supervisor
Should be detail oriented, fast learner, and adaptive to a fast-paced work environment
Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Should be willing to be hands on
