Key Responsibilities:
Production Operations Monitoring: Monitor day-to-day production operations and ensure all production orders are completed on time and in full.
Materials Availability and Coordination: Ensure all raw and packaging materials are complete and available through close coordination with the Operations Planning Officer prior to the start of operations.
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Compliance: Lead the production team in strict compliance with GMP by checking staff uniforms, grooming, tools, and utensils, and by ensuring that equipment, facilities, and work areas are clean, sanitized, and conducive for production.
SAP Production Transactions Management: Ensure accurate and real-time daily posting of production transactions in SAP by monitoring, validating, and completing entries on a daily basis.
Quality Assurance Coordination: Coordinate closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team on all quality-related issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions and solutions.
Production Performance Reporting: Prepare, provide, and report weekly production operations key performance indicators (KPIs) to the PS Bread Operations Team, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and QA.
Sales and Operations Planning Participation: Participate in weekly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings for the Bread Division.
Month-End Closing Support: Assist the Finance and Accounting Department during month-end closing by ensuring accurate transactional entries and timely technical completion of all production orders.
Food Safety Management Support: Work closely with the Food Safety Team on concerns related to the Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
Other Duties and Responsibilities: Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Position Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Management, or a related field is required; being a licensed Engineer is an advantage.

Baking Knowledge: Preferably with knowledge of baking fresh breads, cakes, and pastries, including process and quality considerations.
