Position Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production processes, adherence to quality standards, and timely achievement of production targets. This role involves organizing workflows, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and operational excellence. This position will report to the Production Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute daily production plans to meet revenue targets and operational goal
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process and line efficiency and continuous improvements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and ensure efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies
  • Assign tasks and ensure clear communication across team members
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiative

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics or any related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in PCB Assembly, SMT, or electronics manufacturing is a strong advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of electronic components and their applications
  • Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
  • Must have the ability to work in a cross-cultural team, assertive, good leadership, team player, and flexible.
  • With good communication skills in both oral and written.
  • Willing to work in a shift mode schedule
