Job Summary
We are seeking a Production Staff with experience in metal fabrication to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in metalworking processes, fabrication techniques, and production activities while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform production and fabrication tasks involving metal components and assemblies.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication plans.
- Operate fabrication equipment such as cutting, drilling, grinding, bending, and welding machines as required.
- Measure and inspect fabricated parts to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Assist in material preparation, assembly, and finishing of products.
- Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to meet production schedules.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
- Report production issues, defects, and equipment concerns to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Technical-Vocational, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related course.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or production operations.
- Knowledge of metal fabrication processes, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
- Familiarity with welding, cutting, bending, and assembly processes is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented and committed to producing quality work.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
