What You Need To Know About The Job
Meat Production Staff is responsible for:
- Proper thawing and trimming of raw meats.
- Following SOP for meat production.
- Practice of food safety.
- Informing superior about production concerns
- Production Equipment Care.
A Meat Production Staff Must Have/be
- Able to work in a cold environment.
- At least High School Graduate.
- With at least 6 months of butchery experience
- Ability to work independently and with a team
Curious about the Work Schedule
- Compressed work schedule: Monday to Thursday (6am 5pm) and Friday (6am 3pm)
- No work on Saturdays and Sundays.
