Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Operation Production Staff to support daily production activities, especially field operations and ammonia refilling, while ensuring product quality and safety. The role requires someone technically skilled, computer-savvy, and an excellent communicator, who can work efficiently both on the field and in reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform field operations, including equipment monitoring and ammonia refilling.
- Support production line setup, quality checks, and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate reports and operational records using computer systems.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school or vocational background; production experience preferred.
- Knowledge of chemical handling.
- Computer skills and good communication.
- Physically fit for fieldwork and hands-on tasks.
