We're looking for a Production Project Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you'll work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll oversee production planning, purchasing, quality control, and project execution from concept through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate suppliers, manufacturers, and production partners
- Manage production timelines and ensure project milestones are met Track samples, approvals, and production progress
- Conduct warehouse visits and quality inspections before production release
- Prepare purchase orders and monitor production costs
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth execution across teams
- Maintain accurate production records, documentation, and project trackers Identify and resolve production delays and quality issues
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Digitally savvy, especially in researching brands and trends on social media.
- Background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is an advantage
