Job Responsibility

Production Process Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production. This covers process design, resource management, data analysis, departmental training and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science and Technology, or equivalent with Master's Degree related to the position
Must possess at least two (2) years of supervisory experience and three (3) years of work experience in a manufacturing company
Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, process improvement, and production data analysis.
Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and support production operations and training.
