Job Description

The PPMC Analyst is responsible for ensuring efficient production planning and materials management. The role involves preparing accurate cost quotations, processing job orders, and coordinating with relevant departments to support smooth production flow.

  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations for client requirements.
  • Process and monitor job orders from creation to completion.
  • Monitor and control material requirements to ensure availability and avoid delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of job orders, materials, and production schedules.
  • Coordinate with sales and production teams to support operational efficiency.
  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven 2 years of experience working as a production planning & material control.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in quotation preparation and job order processing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of production processes, equipment and quality control principles.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with diverse teams.
  • Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement in all aspects of production
