Role Description The Production Planning and Inventory Control Head is responsible for overseeing production planning, material requirements, and inventory management to ensure continuous, efficient operations. This full-time, on-site role in Calabarzon, Philippines involves developing and maintaining production schedules, coordinating with manufacturing, maintenance, procurement, and logistics to meet customer demand and delivery commitments. The role includes monitoring inventory levels, setting reorder points, reviewing material usage, and optimizing stock to prevent shortages and excess. The Head will analyze production data, track key performance indicators, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and support food safety and quality standards. The position also involves leading and mentoring a planning and inventory team, preparing reports for senior management, and supporting strategic capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Strong production planning and scheduling skills, with experience in capacity planning and material requirements planning (MRP).
• Proficiency in inventory control, demand forecasting, and stock optimization in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Experience using ERP or production management systems, and solid MS Excel and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, quality management standards, and manufacturing best practices; experience in plastics or food packaging is an advantage.
• Proven leadership abilities, including team supervision, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work on-site in Calabarzon, Philippines and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
