Job Description

Receive, process, and confirm customer orders from sales
Analyze production capacity
prepare and propose production schedules
Create, track/monitor, complete and close job orders
Ensure all customer orders/requirements are ship on time and in full
Monitor and ensure availability of raw materials
Collaborate with other departments ensuring efficiency of all production lines
Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or any engineering/business related courses
Relevant experience in production planning, inventory control, and customer order management
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience in using ERP system
Must be analytic and with planning and organizing skills
Must be customer oriented
