Responsible for developing and managing production schedules to ensure efficient food production, optimal output, minimal waste, and proper coordination with production teams.

Responsible for developing and managing production schedules to ensure efficient food production, optimal output, minimal waste, and proper coordination with production teams.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in production planning or food/restaurant operations.
- Knowledge of production scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory control.
- Proficient in MS Excel and planning tools/ERP systems (advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules if needed.
