Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Planner role based in Carmona. The Production Planner will create, update, and manage production schedules to meet customer orders and internal capacity constraints. Responsibilities include coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics to ensure material availability, machine loading, and on-time delivery. The role involves monitoring work-in-progress, resolving scheduling conflicts, and adjusting plans based on changing demand or operational issues. The Production Planner will analyze production data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to efficiency, utilization, and lead times. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate records in planning systems and communicating clearly with cross-functional teams and management.
Qualifications

  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining production schedules and overall production planning activities to meet delivery and capacity targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and planning abilities to interpret data, anticipate bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with production, procurement, quality, and logistics teams, as well as reporting to stakeholders.
  • Experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication environments (electronics, automotive, or related industries preferred).
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP or production planning software and strong MS Excel skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, on-site production setting
