Job Summary

Provide systematic SMT production plan to support operational requirements for all product families both Laguna and Cavity Factories. Work and expedite closely with Matls Team (Planner & Buyer) to secure matl completion that will support SMT production continuity . Startegize factory loading, capacity assessment and organize team considering available resources. Support and deliver revenue targets and other factory related KPI.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver Monthly / Annual revenue targets.

• Revenue and Customer (internal/external) requirement delivery drivership for all product families.
• Support monthly revenue target by spearheading communication via detailed plan which are aligned in the company goals.
• Review with operation team the drastic changes either upside or demand drops that will impact SMT capacity.

1. Meet Customer On-Time Delivery Goals

• Secure SMT plans are executed and provide contingency plan , if in case there will be major machine downtime.
• Look into internal and external customer requirements and secure action plans are in place.

3 Capacity Planning

• Capacity planning considering total fty. resources as against customer demand.

4 Compliance to the Company's Safety target program.

5 Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• BS-IE or any four (4) year Business / related course
• Minimum of 1yr Work experience in Planning/Production Planning
