Production Pharmacist

The company focuses on delivering safe, effective, and reliable formulations that support animal health and pharmaceutical needs across the country.

Role Description The Production Pharmacist is a full-time, on-site role based in Plaridel. This role is responsible for overseeing the preparation, compounding, and manufacturing of veterinary and pharmaceutical products in accordance with regulatory and company standards. Daily tasks include monitoring production processes, verifying formulations and batch records, and ensuring proper documentation and labeling for all products. The Production Pharmacist collaborates with production staff to uphold quality control and quality assurance procedures, addresses deviations, and implements corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Pharmacy and relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices within a production environment.
• Experience or training in Production Management, including workflow coordination and process monitoring.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing clear documentation.
• Licensed Pharmacist, preferably with experience in veterinary or pharmaceutical production.
• Knowledge of GMP, safety regulations, and applicable local regulatory requirements.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in an on-site manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support production schedules.
• Willing to start ASAP
