Production Operator

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Calamba for a Production Operator. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machinery involved in the manufacturing processes, monitoring production lines for efficiency, and adhering to quality control standards. The role may also involve maintaining equipment, troubleshooting minor issues, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations. Candidates may also assist with training new hires and adapting to operational adjustments.

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and experience with Production Lines
• Knowledge of Quality Control standards and procedures
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Experience or willingness to assist in Training team members
• Attention to detail, time management, and adaptability
• High school diploma or vocational/technical training; relevant experience is a plus
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, lifting, and operating machinery
