Previous Experience In a Manufacturing Environment Preferred
Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Basic math and measurement skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights or weekends
Understanding of safety protocols and procedures
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
Assemble products according to specifications
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
Assist with packaging and labeling of products
Record production data and maintain logs
Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
